Entry-level position. Help clear brush, operate tools, and support climbers.

Climber

Skilled in stump grinders, chippers, or cranes? Let’s talk.

Do I need experience to apply?

Not necessarily. We’re happy to train motivated applicants for ground crew or apprentice roles. Experience is preferred for climbers and equipment operators.

Do I need a CDL license?

Only for driving specific trucks or operating certain equipment. If you don’t have one yet but are interested, let us know — we can guide you.

What is the work schedule like?

Our crew works consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work may be needed after storms or during busy seasons

What’s the team environment like?

We’re a tight-knit crew. Everyone pulls their weight, helps each other out, and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll never be just a number here

Is safety gear provided?

Yes. We provide the proper equipment and ensure every team member is trained to work safely.
